Booking and Cancellation policy

To make a reservation we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking unless reservation is made within 7 days at which time full payment is required.

For all changes and cancellation outside of 7 days, your booking is refundable less a $25.00 amendment fee.

For all changes and cancellations within 7 days, your deposit is non-refundable and an administration fee of $25.00 applies. However the Palais Royale is happy to transfer the deposit to another booking made within 6 months.
